Is this an online only event?
This performance is taking place in front of a live, ticketed audience at the Auckland Town Hall. The livestream access is purely online to be able to watch from anywhere outside of the Town Hall.
Do I need to purchase a ticket?
No. The concert is available to view online at no charge.
We do however welcome any social media shares and donations/koha via this link if you would like to show your support for NZTrio. A tax receipt will be issued for all donations over $5 NZD with an email address provided.
Do I need a special link to view the performance?
If viewing on Facebook, no.
If viewing on Vimeo, yes. Sign up to our mailing list to receive all necessary info in the lead up to the performance, and future performances too.
What if I have the link but can’t seem to access the livestream?
If you have any trouble accessing the video on the night, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 027-458-7863.
Can I share this link?
Yes please! Our goal is to have as many viewers as possible so share with gusto or have fun hosting a watch party and share your night with us @nztrio.
If I join the livestream after 7:00 PM, can I still watch from the beginning?
No, the livestream is completely live, so when you join it will be in real time at whatever stage the performance is up to. However, a recorded version of the concert will become viewable for a period of time following the live performance.
Why can’t I get Vimeo to load on my browser?
Three steps to try:
1. Check your internet connection is working
2. Use Chrome or Safari, or switch to the other if you’re already using one of these.
3. Restart your computer
How can I watch it on my TV?
If you have a smart TV, you need only open a browser and head to the Vimeo link.
Alternatively, you can access the site on your personal device and link it to your TV via HipAppleHop, a Google Chromecast, Samsung screen share, or other supported products.
