Jennifer is a Wellington based trustee whose professional background and experience is in Human Resources, organisational development and recruitment. As a senior consultant for Sheffield she worked with a wide range of clients in the public, private and not for profit sectors.

Former roles included National Director of AFS Intercultural Programmes NZ, Chief Executive of Volunteer Service Abroad and HR management roles with Te Papa and the Cancer Society. She continues to work as a volunteer in the NGO sector providing coaching/mentoring and career counselling services.
