🌅 Dark rum from Spain’s Caribbean recalls Turina’s golden dawn, while lapsang souchong smoke drifts from Tibetan peaks to Russian salons. Red vermouth, infused with native botanicals, grounds the mix with earthy depth. 🌿

60ml dark rum
30ml Reid & Reid red vermouth
15ml lapsang souchong syrup
Orange peel

Stir the first three ingredients with ice, and serve in a tumbler with a large ice cube and an orange peel garnish.

We set siblings Amalia and Callum Hall a little challenge to see how much they knew about each other. It's clear Amalia likes coffee but less clear about her culinary skills 😅 We've also left you with a bit of cliff hanger so watch out for the next clip!

We're on tour with Fantastique in July and August and we'll be at Lawson Field Theatre Gisborne, St Paul's Church in Napier, and at the Auckland Town Hall Concert Chamber this weekend so we'd love to see you there!
