🍹🎶 we'll be sipping on this tasty custom cocktail from @the_filerfiles on Sunday after our concert at the the Auckland Town Hall Concert Chamber. Inspired by our Magnifique programme this elegant, sparkling cocktail is a mix of glistening light and earthy shade. Enjoy one with us on Sunday or you can make your own!

'Episodi in Bloom'

Dusky, aromatic juniper meets bright citrus and calming Latvian chamomile, softened by lush, golden New Zealand honey and lifted by verdant, fragrant thyme. A playful dash of soda brings a lively finish to this layered creation that balances tranquility, warmth, and natural vibrance—like a European spring in a glass.

60ml gin
22.5ml (3/4 measure) lemon juice
22.5ml (3/4 measure) NZ honey syrup - mix equal parts NZ honey and boiling water until the honey is dissolved.
90ml cold chamomile tea
Splash of soda water
Fresh thyme

Shake gin, lemon juice and honey syrup together, top with chamomile tea and a splash of soda water. Serve in a highball glass or tumbler with ice and garnish with a couple of sprigs of fresh thyme.
