It’s December already! Thought it’d never arrive, and yet can’t believe it’s here so soon.
After a rough 2020, we’re ready to celebrate the home stretch into a new and

Constellations Cocktail
Riffing on the theme of ‘light’, this cocktail lifts spirits and sends us home for the holidays with every luminescent sip. Notes of nostalgic home baking are sent soaring on foamy aquafaba* bubbles scented with summery hints of grapefruit & hops bitters, creating new harmonies with an old classic – the gin sour.
2 shots Beefeater gin 1 shot freshly squeezed lemon juice1 shot Hakanoa Chai syrup 1/2 shot aquafaba* (or egg whites) 2 dashes Elemental Grapefruit & Hops bitters
Mix ingredients and shake hard, once without ice to create foam,
and a second time with ice.
