Bleau has extensive experience as an arts professional and has previously worked for the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra with the Sistema Aotearoa programme. Currently, Bleau is in charge of Performing Arts Education Programmes at The Auckland Performing Arts Centre and is also the Auckland Concert Manager for Chamber Music New Zealand. Bleau has a passion for making arts accessible to a broad range of communities and is also involved in the Executive Committee for the Auckland Youth Orchestra.
